1. Initial Consultation
Lisa’s journey began with a consultation with Dr. Prasad where the initial plan was developed. A VISIA complexion analysis was up next with Skin Fit Coach and esthetician Brandi King.
Goals: Lisa’s goals were to improve skin laxity and loss of volume, rejuvenate eye area, and improve overall skin health. We wanted to give Lisa the tools to slow signs of skin aging.

2. InstaLift Threads with PRP

3. Botox Treatment
Next, we treated the lines on Lisa’s forehead and around her eyes, commonly known as the crow’s feet. Her first Botox treatment was done at the same time as her InstaLift. Botox injections block certain movements, which then relax facial muscles that cause wrinkles in the forehead and around the eye, as well as preventing future deep wrinkles from forming.
This treatment needs to be repeated every three months for best results “I saw dramatic improvements to the lines on my forehead and diminished appearance of lines around my eyes.”
4. Cosmetic Fillers
Lisa was also treated with Cosmetic fillers to her cheeks and midface, the final step to address laxity and volume loss. Combining this with Instalift and PRP decreases the volume of fillers needed and gives a more natural, youthful look to the face. We do this after the lift so that we can use the least amount of filler for the best results.

5. eMax Skin Rejuvenation
Finally, we treated the pigment on Lisa’s cheeks and her facial redness. We treated her with our eMax which combines optical energy and bipolar radio frequency to break up brown spots and reduce redness.
