About Laura Gil

Laura grew up in Holts Summit/Jefferson City and graduated from Jefferson City High School in 2007. Growing up with her grandparents she always felt the need to help and be kind to other people. She has been working in customer service-based jobs since she was 15 and she loves being around people, talking with them, getting to know them, and learning their stories. During high school Laura started working at Arris’ Pizza in downtown Jefferson City and that’s where it all started for her. She worked her way up from starting in the kitchen, making salads, to being a hostess to cashier, waitress then a manager.



After 14 years at Arris’ Laura needed something new and started her journey in the medical field. The jobs she had in the medical field were just missing something until now. 3 years later she found herself at Genesis (part time at Arris’ still) and she couldn’t be happier with where her life is in all aspects. Laura thinks the team and clients here at Genesis are amazing and she can’t wait to see what the following years bring.

In Laura’s free time she loves spending time with her husband and her beautiful girls and their families and friends. She likes putting on a movie/TV show and putting together Legos, relaxing and traveling.
