About Laura Gil

Laura Gil is a true local, born and raised in Holts Summit and Jefferson City. A 2007 graduate of Jefferson City High School, Laura grew up with her grandparents, who instilled in her a deep sense of compassion and a genuine desire to help others. That calling has shaped her lifelong love for connecting with people and providing exceptional service.

Laura’s journey in customer service began at just 15 years old, and it truly took off when she joined the team at Arris’ Pizza in downtown Jefferson City during high school. Over the course of 14 years, she worked her way up from the kitchen to management—gaining invaluable experience and building countless relationships along the way.

Looking for a new challenge, Laura transitioned into the medical field. While her early roles didn’t quite feel like the right fit, everything changed when she found her home at Genesis Medspa. Now, balancing her time between Genesis and Arris’, Laura feels more fulfilled than ever. She loves being part of a team that genuinely cares for its clients, and she’s excited for all the growth and connections the future holds.



Outside of work, Laura enjoys life with her husband, their two beautiful daughters, and their pampered pup, Prince Phillip. She finds joy in relaxing with a good movie or show, building intricate LEGO creations, traveling, and getting creative with junk journaling. Most of all, she treasures time spent with family and friends.
