Reservations
To secure your preferred service and times, we highly recommend you schedule all spa appointments a minimum of two weeks in advance; medical aesthetic appointments and evening appointments may book out as far as a month in advance. For scheduling or any additional information, please call 573-761-2601.
Age Requirements
Persons under the age of 18 are welcome to visit the spa, but may need a signed waiver and/or accompaniment of a parent or adult guardian.
Cancellations
We require 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your spa appointment. Clients with greater than three no-show or late cancellations will be required to place a $50 deposit to reserve future appointments; if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24-hour notice they will forfeit their deposit.
Arrival
On the day of your spa services, please check-in 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure that you have time to complete any registration information and prepare for your appointment. All spa appointments are scheduled with a built-in 15-minute pre-appointment time to change into appropriate spa attire and begin unwinding in our relaxation room. Please arrive earlier if this is not adequate time.
Arriving Late
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time, so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.
Atmosphere
The spa offers each guest the chance to relax in a tranquil environment. As a courtesy to others, we appreciate you turning off mobile devices and speaking softly. Children under the age of ten are not allowed in the spa unless receiving a service and are accompanied by an adult.
Gratuity
Gratuities are a matter of personal discretion. They should reflect the level of satisfaction with our service.
Product Returns
We do accept returns on unopened products within 30 days. We will return opened products for damage or due to reactions. Please feel free to come in and sample our products in our facility to make sure they are to your satisfaction.
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards
Pamper the ones you love and appreciate. Gift certificates are available in all denominations.
Spa Parties and Events
Bridal spa parties, princess parties, as well as corporate and leisure events are available. Please ask for more details.

Genesis Medspa is a team-based pay company, which means that no one is paid on commission. This atmosphere allows us to educate you on all the benefits of our products and services without ever making someone feel pressured. We are rewarded by your continued patronage of our business. Our entire team is here to service you. Please feel free to utilize the provider of your choice and switch providers for scheduling preferences or just to try "something new".
